1、Introduction

Numerical control technology is the core of advanced manufacturing technology, the overall level of CNC equipment marks a national industrial modernization level and the strength of the overall strength of the country.Compared with common processing method, numerical control process has the characteristics of high efficiency, high stability and high consistency. According to industry statistics, the production efficiency of numerical control equipment is more than that of 9:1, and the cost of maintenance and operation of CNC equipment and general equipment is 3:1, the ratio of the two is 4.7:1.Because the numerical control technology can process a variety of complex surface, many high-end manufacturing can only rely on numerical control technology to achieve. Numerical control machining has become the source of high added value in manufacturing industry. At present, the labor costs continue to rise today, many enterprises to the CNC equipment as the main subject of its technical transformation.

Using parametric CNC programming method, the machine tool operator can not be modeled by CAD/CAM, directly on the CNC machine tool easily customized a variety of parts processing [1]-[5]. The serialization of industrial products, production, diversification of the parametric design of the CNC program, the specific needs of [6]-[7].
